Outdoor youth mentoring for young people across the United Kingdom.
Who we are
An outdoor youth mentoring service co-founded by Rich Moses and Viv Boyd, combining military leadership, sixteen years of teaching, nurture and outdoor learning.
What we do
One-to-one and small-group mentoring sessions delivered in natural environments, built around every young person's individual needs.
Who we support
Young people navigating: Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, EBSA (emotionally based school avoidance), Low Confidence, Social Isolation, Emotional Regulation, Difficulty Trusting Others, Low Self-esteem. Every young person is considered individually.
Our method
Direction — purposeful mentoring with clear goals. Nature — the outdoors creates space for honest conversation. Relationship — trust before results, always. Confidence — built one small, meaningful success at a time.
Programmes
One-to-One Mentoring: individual sessions tailored to the young person. Small Group Mentoring: carefully matched groups building communication and belonging. School Partnerships: complementing pastoral and SEND provision.
Coverage
Entire United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Safeguarding
Full child protection policy with regional referral pathways across all four nations.
